Local transfers of your personal data

We may disclose your personal data (as described in the ‘Types of Data We Collect’ section) to Candidates, such as by court order.

Type of data we collect

‘Personal Data’ means data that can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly, or any other person to whom the data relates, including, for example, your name, address, phone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or related to any of these data. ‘Anonymous Data’ means data that can not directly or indirectly identify you and includes data related to groups or categories of users of the site. We collect personal data and anonymous data, as described below.

1/ Information you provide us

You do not have to provide us with personal data to use most of our site. However, we collect personal data about you in the following cases:

If you are a Candidate and elect to send us a CV (‘CV’), we may collect your name and surname, signature, phone number, sex, email and postal address, professional title, history of your professional experiences, training and diplomas, mobility, salary expectations, identity documents, residence, work permits you own, professional references, CVs, photos, work certificates.

If you are an Employer, we collect your contact information and information about your company.

We store information on behalf of Candidates and Employers, such as information, files and messages (eg interview requests).

If you send us your comments or contact us by email, we collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to answer to you.

When you participate in one of our surveys, we may associate your answers with other information in your profile.

We advise you to avoid providing us with sensitive data that could directly or indirectly reveal (i) your race or ethnic origin, (ii) your political beliefs, (iii) your philosophical or religious beliefs, (iv) your affiliation to a trade union or political party, (v) your physical or mental health, (vi) your sex life, or (vii) the commission of a criminal offense or the existence of proceedings concerning you. If you provide this information to us, you should only do so if you consent to the processing of the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you provide us with professional references contact details, it is your responsibility to ensure that those concerned know that you are sending this information, and to obtain their written consent to do so.

 2/ Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data in the form of a text file, which often includes a unique identifier. Through your web browser, the cookie is sent by the website visited to your computer or mobile phone and is then stored on your hard drive.

Each website of a Product or Service may send its own cookie if the preferences of your browser allow it. For Procadres International Suisse, cookies record information about your preferences and allow us to tailor them to your interests.

We may use this information to determine which of our emails has caught your attention. The web beacon will be deleted when you delete the email. Raw text emails do not include a web beacon.

 3/ Google Analytics (GOOGLE INC.)

Google Analytics is a Web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (« Google »). Google uses collected data to analyze this site utilization, prepare reports on the site activities and share it with other Google services. Google can use the collected data for affinity marketing of its own advertising network.

Use of your personal data

1/ General Use

In general, the personal information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests you make or to help us serve you better. We use your personal data for:

2/ User testimonials and comments

We can receive testimonials and comments from users with positive experiences with our service. We may publish this content. When we publish this content, we can identify our users by their first and last names, and we can also indicate their city. We must obtain the express consent of the user before publishing her/his last name at the same time as the testimony. If we choose to publish your first and last name and comments, we must obtain your explicit consent before posting. We can post user comments on the website. We can also share your comments with only your first name and the initial of your last name. If you make comments on a blog or forum associated with our site, you should be aware that the personal data that you submit to it may be read, collected or used by other users of these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages.

2/ Other users of Procadres International Suisse or third party service providers

If you are a Candidate (as defined in our ‘Terms and Conditions’), we may share your personal data with:

(1) third party service providers,  or otherwise, for:

– providing you with the service we offer you through our site;

– performing quality assurance tests;

– facilitating the creation of accounts;

– providing technical support and / or providing other Procadres International Suisse services.

These service providers are required not to use your personal information other than to provide the services requested by Procadres International Suisse.

(2) Employers looking for profiles, when using the service.

If you are an Employer (as defined in our ‘Terms & Conditions’), we may share your personal information, such as name, email, number of employees worldwide, number of employees in the local office, or other information that we consider useful for the recruitment of Candidates (as defined in our ‘Terms & Conditions’) with whom you make contact as well as for the selection of our Experts (as defined in our ‘Terms and Conditions’).

3/ Re-organization

We may share some or all of your personal data in the context of or in the course of negotiating any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, or a transaction procedure involving the sale, transfer, assignment, or disclosure of all or part of our business or assets. In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, personal data may also be transferred as an asset. If another company acquires our company, that company must possess the personal data collected by Procadres International Suisse and may assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

4/ Other information

Regardless of any choices you make about your personal data (as described in this Privacy Policy), Procadres International Suisse may disclose personal data if we believe in good faith this disclosure necessary (a) during an administrative investigation; (b) to comply with the laws; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of Procadres International Suisse or users of the site or service; and / or (d) to investigate or to help prevent any violation or risk of violation of the law, or this Privacy Policy.

Third party websites

Our site may contain links to third party websites. When you click on a link to any other website, you leave our site and go to another site, and another entity may collect personal information or anonymous data about you. We have no control over it, do not examine it, and cannot be responsible for these external websites or their content. Please note that the terms of these Terms and Conditions do not apply to these external websites.

Your choices regarding information

You have several choices regarding the use of information on Procadres International Suisse:

1/ Marketing Communications

We may send you (including by email) our newsletters, offers and surveys, and services that we believe may be of interest to you. You can opt out and ask us to stop this activity, at any time and free of charge by sending an email to tgf@procadres.com.

In spite of your indicated email preferences, we may provide you with information that we deem important to your use of Procadres International Suisse, including notices of updates to our Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.

2/ Modification or deletion of your personal data

You may view, update, modify or delete your personal data by sending us an email at tgf@procadres.com.

You may object to any collection of personal data and / or request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time by sending an email to tgf@procadres.com.

If you delete your profile, your profile will be invisible except minimum information retained and only accessible by our Data Protection Officer for the single purpose of further confirmation of data deletion.

Personal data storage duration

Personal data are stored for 2 years following the latest interaction with our site or our services.

Cookies have a life duration of 13 months if not erased from your equipment before then.

Security of your personal data

Procadres International Suisse is committed to protecting and securing your personal data.

We use a variety of industry standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. In addition, we ask you to enter a password that will be encrypted to access your account information. Please do not disclose the password of your account to unauthorized persons. Therefore, although Procadres International Suisse makes reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, Procadres International Suisse cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may be updated at any time for any reason, including in case of change of Swiss Data Protection law. All changes to the Privacy Policy will be available online (https://www.procadres-tgf.ch/legal-notice/). Once the changes are made, the ‘Last modifications’ date written above will be updated.

We advise you to regularly review this privacy policy. The continued use of our site or services, following the update thereof, implies that you are aware of and agree to these changes.
