Olivier Taburet
Partner
After graduating from ESLSCA Business School, Olivier Taburet began his career in 1989 with Digital Equipment in France. He went on to take responsibility for southern Europe and at the company’s European headquarters in Geneva (1995-1998).
Olivier then held various management roles in different industrial sectors, with Gemplus, Arjo-Wiggins and then with the British group Invensys, before delivering himself various interim management assignments in the finance function for 8 years in Europe and Asia.
Olivier subsequently embarked upon his project to launch an executive search firm addressing both permanent and interim roles transition practice in Switzerland.

Halima Nouari
Human ressources assistant
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Resource Management from the University of Montpellier, Halima is Assistant, Project Manager in Human Resources. It ensures the administrative and operational management of HR activities. Versatile, she assists management in the accomplishment of various missions relating to personnel administration, recruitment, sourcing and placement of candidates.
